These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to govern the contractual relations likely to arise from the sale of products made on the STORES.ART website (hereinafter the “Site”) between the Seller and the Buyer. For the purposes of these General Conditions of Sale, the Buyer and the Seller are individually or collectively referred to as the “Party” or the “Parties”.

The distance selling contract is concluded from the moment the Buyer confirms his order by clicking on the "Pay" button. He is considered to have knowingly accepted the content and conditions of the order in question and in particular these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the fact that his order implies a payment obligation on his part, the prices, volumes, characteristics , quantities and delivery times of the Products offered for sale and ordered by the Buyer.

Once this step has been validated, the Buyer will no longer be able to cancel his order. The sale will be final (subject to the exercise by the Buyer of his right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for below in these General Conditions of Sale). The order will be confirmed to the Buyer by any appropriate means and an e-mail will be sent to him when his order is dispatched.

The Buyer, prior to his order, declares to have full legal capacity, allowing him to engage under these General Conditions of Sale. STORES ART LTD can under no circumstances be required to verify the legal capacity of its visitors and Buyers. Consequently, if a person without legal capacity ordered articles on the Site, his legal guardians (parents, guardians, in particular) would assume full responsibility for this order and should in particular honor the price.



1- Introduction

These general conditions of sale govern the use of the online sales platform offered by STORES ART LTD, a company registered in Ireland under company number 691896 and whose registered office is at 15A Main St, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, A94 T8P8, Ireland.

2- Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

The use of the online sales platform offered by STORES ART LTD implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale by the user. In the event of non-acceptance of these general conditions, the user must immediately cease all use of the platform.

3- Products and services offered

STORES ART LTD offers an online sales platform on which sellers can offer products and services for sale. STORES ART LTD is not responsible for the quality of the products and services sold by the sellers, nor for the compliance of these products and services with applicable laws and regulations. However, we carry out regular checks to guarantee the quality of the products offered on the platform and carefully select reliable sellers.

4 - Commands


Users can place an order on the online sales platform offered by STORES ART LTD by selecting the product or service of their choice and following the instructions provided on the site. The order will only be considered final after validation of the payment by STORES ART LTD or by the payment service provider chosen by STORES ART LTD.

The offers presented by STORES ART LTD are valid as long as they are announced on the site and within the limits of available stocks.

In any case, and in the event of total or partial unavailability of Products after placing the order, the Buyer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible of the unavailability of the Product and of the total cancellation or of his order. A refund proportional to the value of the article and the related shipping costs will be issued in the event of total or partial cancellation of his order.

5- Price and payment

The prices of the products and services offered on the online sales platform are displayed in euros and include the applicable VAT. Delivery costs are not included in the displayed price and are specified during the ordering process. Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal or any other means of payment accepted by STORES ART LTD or by the payment provider chosen by STORES ART LTD.

As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to the Buyer's order may be transmitted to any third party authorized by law or designated by STORES ART LTD for the sole purpose of verifying the identity of the Buyer, the validity of the order, the method of payment used and the delivery envisaged.

Following this check, STORES ART LTD reserves the right to request a photocopy of the Buyer's identity card and/or any information relating to the Buyer's identity. Any Buyer has a right to access, rectify and delete personal data concerning him and processed by STORES ART LTD.

The Site is equipped with an online payment security system that encrypts the transmission of the Buyer's bank details and complies with the various banking regulations applicable in France.

6- Delivery

The products ordered on the online sales platform are delivered to the address indicated by the user during the ordering process. Delivery times are specified during the ordering process and may vary depending on the availability of the products and services ordered.

STORES ART LTD ensures international delivery, with the exception of all countries which would be subject to an embargo which would make delivery impossible from Western Europe.

When the parcel could not be delivered, in particular in the event of the absence of the Buyer or the recipient of the order, the Buyer or the recipient of the Order generally receives a notice of passage, allowing him to withdraw the parcel from the office post office indicated in the delivery notice, for a period of 10 to 21 days. However, the terms of delivery varying from one country to another, the Buyer is invited to regularly consult the tracking of his package, via the link present in the e-mail informing the Buyer of the dispatch of his order, to obtain information relating to the delivery of his order.

In the event that the package is not collected within 10 to 21 working days of receipt of the delivery notice (or failing that, the first delivery attempt from the local postal service), the package will be returned. to STORES ART LTD and the Buyer will have to pay the delivery costs again to be delivered. In the event that a refund is required, the shipping costs cannot be refunded.

The Buyer, or the recipient of the order is invited to check the apparent condition of the package and the products on delivery.

In the event of an anomaly relating to the package (damaged package, open package, trace of liquid, etc.) or to the Product(s) ordered (product(s) missing, product(s) damaged), the Buyer or the recipient of the order must imperatively follow the procedures described below. Failure to comply with the appropriate procedure excludes any recourse against the carrier and STORES ART LTD. In particular, the Buyer cannot claim any reimbursement. The Buyer or the recipient of the order cannot also claim that STORES ART LTD delivers the ordered products.

It is also possible for the Buyer or the recipient of the order to contact STORES ART LTD Customer Service to find out how to return the damaged product(s). The procedure for the return of damaged products which could be indicated by the Customer Service of STORES ART LTD must then imperatively be followed by the Buyer. Failing this, the Buyer cannot claim any refund or exchange of the products in question.

(i) Home delivery in mainland France

If the delivery person is present:

Refuse the delivery and immediately issue all the reservations concerning the anomaly detected in a clear and detailed manner. These reservations must be indicated by the Buyer or the recipient of the order on the voucher signed by the delivery person.

Immediately report the refusal to STORES ART LTD Customer Service by e-mail to the address: team@stores.art.

If the delivery person is not present:

Do not open the package. Attention: the opening of the package excludes any recourse against STORES ART LTD

Report the refusal to STORES ART LTD Customer Service by e-mail to the address: team@stores.art. We will establish a "spoliation report" with the carrier.

The notification of incidents and the formulation of reservations must be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 3 working days from the date of delivery.

(ii) International Delivery:

Do not open the package. Please note: opening the package excludes any recourse against the local postal service, ColiPoste and STORES ART LTD.

Report the anomaly to STORES ART LTD Customer Service by e-mail to the address: team@stores.art. Establish an anomaly report (the name varies depending on the country)

The notification of incidents and the formulation of reservations must be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 3 working days of delivery.


Procedure to follow imperatively in case of missing or damaged product:

The Buyer or the recipient of the order must report the absence or deterioration of the product to STORES ART LTD Customer Service by e-mail to the address: team@stores.art as soon as possible and at the latest within 3 working days from delivery.

The STORES ART LTD Customer Service may request any information relating to the identity of the Buyer or the recipient of the order and carry out any useful checks on this occasion. Damaged or missing products will be replaced subject to stock availability or refunded where applicable.

7- Returns and refunds

Users have a right of withdrawal for 14 days from receipt of the products ordered on the online sales platform offered by STORES ART LTD. Users must inform STORES ART LTD of their intention to return the products by following the instructions provided on the site. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Return costs are the responsibility of STORES ART LTD. Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of returned products.

In the event that the Buyer notifies STORES ART LTD of his desire to withdraw even before receiving his package, the Buyer is informed that it is not technically possible for STORES ART LTD to block the shipment. products once his order has been validated. The Buyer will have to wait for the good reception of the package to be able to benefit from his right of withdrawal.

If the Buyer has benefited from an offer against purchase on the Site, entitling him, under conditions, to one or more product(s) offered in return for his order and, as a result of the exercise of his right of withdrawal, he is no longer eligible for the offer in question; the Buyer must then send the product(s) he wishes to return accompanied by the product(s) offered received in return for the order of the product(s) returned so that STORES ART LTD can take into account its request for withdrawal.

The Buyer's liability may be incurred in the event of depreciation of the Product resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and, where applicable, the proper functioning of the products.

STORES ART LTD does not accept parcels or letters sent postage due.

8- Liability

STORES ART LTD cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the online sales platform or by the products and services sold on it.

9- Protection of personal data

Personal data collected as part of the use of the online sales platform offered by STORES ART LTD is processed according to the privacy policy in force, publicly accessible on STORES.ART.
